Ellen is an Associate at INQ Data Law where she practices in the areas of privacy, data governance, cybersecurity and AI risk management. A graduate of Windsor Law, she developed an interest in AI and data ethics as a writer for the Windsor Law and Technology Lab.
Prior to Law School, Ellen graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from Western University. Her background and passion for the health sector led her to complete her articles with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, where she acquired experiences in privacy law, corporate/commercial, procurement and a wide variety of health law issues.
Ellen serves as a Managing Editor on the Editorial Board of the Health Law in Canada Journal. Her publication on Cross-Border Health Care in Canada and the European Union is forthcoming in the August 2020 edition of the Health Law in Canada Journal.
